Indexing and Archiving Policy

ClinMed Nexus: Journal of Clinical and Medical Research (CMN-CMR) is committed to ensuring the long-term visibility, accessibility, and discoverability of its published content. To achieve this, CMN-CMR actively participates in recognized indexing services and digital archiving programs.

Indexing

CMN-CMR is working toward inclusion in major abstracting and indexing databases to enhance the global reach and academic impact of its articles. Our goal is to meet the rigorous selection standards of leading services such as:

  • PubMed Central (PMC)
  • Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
  • Scopus
  • Google Scholar
  • CrossRef
  • EBSCOhost
  • Index Copernicus
  • J-Gate
  • WorldCat

Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via CrossRef, enabling persistent citation and seamless digital tracking.

Archiving and Digital Preservation

To ensure the permanent availability of all published content, CMN-CMR uses trusted digital archiving services and institutional repositories. Our current and future preservation strategy includes:

  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
  • CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS)
  • PKP PN (Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network)
  • Institutional Repository Backups

These systems safeguard our content against loss, tampering, or accidental deletion, ensuring that articles remain accessible for future generations of researchers.

Commitment to Open Science

CMN-CMR’s indexing and archiving efforts reflect our mission to support open access publishing, data preservation, and unrestricted global knowledge sharing. We continuously evaluate and apply to new databases that uphold quality, credibility, and transparency.
