4. Plagiarism and Copyright Violations

4.2 Any allegations of plagiarism or copyright violations will result in the rejection or retraction of the submission and may lead to further actions.

5. Third-Party Content

5.1 Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to use any third-party content within their submission.

5.2 Proper attribution must be provided for any third-party content used in the work.

6. Republishing Policy

6.1 Authors may republish their work elsewhere with proper acknowledgment of the original publication in ClinMed Nexus.

6.2 Authors must provide a citation and link to the original article published in ClinMed Nexus.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 ClinMed Nexus reserves the right to modify this policy as needed to align with journal practices and legal requirements.
