Reports of original investigations presenting clearly defined objectives, appropriate methodologies, results, and evidence-based conclusions.
Review Articles
Critical and comprehensive analyses of established or emerging research topics. Reviews should identify important developments, knowledge gaps, and future directions.
Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses
Structured evidence syntheses using transparent search strategies, eligibility criteria, and analytical methods. Relevant reporting guidelines should be followed.
Short Communications
Concise manuscripts reporting focused, preliminary, or particularly significant scientific findings.
Case Reports and Case Studies
Reports describing noteworthy clinical, scientific, technological, educational, or social cases with clear scholarly relevance. Appropriate consent and confidentiality safeguards must be observed.
Methodological Articles
Manuscripts describing innovative methods, research protocols, analytical tools, computational techniques, or experimental procedures.
Perspectives and Commentaries
Evidence-informed scholarly discussions of current research developments, theoretical questions, or policy challenges.
4. General Manuscript Formatting
Manuscripts should be written in clear, professional academic English. Authors should use consistent terminology, standard scientific units, and logical section headings.
- File format: An editable word-processing file, preferably Microsoft Word (.docx).
- Page size: A4 or US Letter, used consistently.
- Font: A readable standard font such as Times New Roman or Arial.
- Font size: Approximately 12 points for the main text.
- Line spacing: Preferably 1.5 or double spacing to facilitate review.
- Margins: Approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch).
- Page numbering: Number pages consecutively.
- Headings: Use a clear and consistent hierarchy.
- Abbreviations: Define at first use unless universally recognized.
- Units: Use SI units where appropriate.
These are recommended formatting conventions. Discipline-specific requirements may apply where necessary.
5. Title Page and Author Information
The title page should include:
- A concise, informative manuscript title.
- Full names of all authors.
- Departmental and institutional affiliations.
- City and country for each institution.
- Name and email address of the corresponding author.
- ORCID identifiers, where available.
- Acknowledgements or funding details, where applicable.
The order of authors should be agreed upon before submission. Any subsequent authorship changes must be explained and approved by the relevant contributors.
6. Abstract and Keywords
Every research manuscript should include an informative abstract that accurately reflects the study.
Original research abstracts may be structured under headings such as Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. Other article types may use an unstructured abstract.
As a general recommendation, abstracts may contain approximately 150–300 words, depending on manuscript category.
Authors should provide approximately 4–8 relevant keywords to support discoverability and indexing.
7. Manuscript Organization
Introduction
Present the research background, existing knowledge, unresolved questions, study rationale, and objectives.
Materials and Methods
Describe the study design, procedures, materials, data sources, participant selection, analytical methods, and statistical techniques in sufficient detail to permit appropriate evaluation.
Results
Present findings clearly and objectively. Tables and figures should support, rather than unnecessarily duplicate, the narrative results.
Discussion
Interpret findings in relation to existing literature, discuss scientific or practical implications, acknowledge limitations, and identify areas requiring further study.
Conclusions
Summarize the principal findings without overstating the strength or generalizability of the evidence.
8. Tables, Figures and Supplementary Materials
Figures, tables, photographs, diagrams, and other visual materials should be relevant, legible, and appropriately labeled.
- Number tables and figures consecutively.
- Provide descriptive captions and explanatory legends.
- Cite each table and figure within the manuscript text.
- Use sufficient image resolution for scientific interpretation.
- Identify symbols, abbreviations, and statistical annotations.
- Obtain permission for third-party copyrighted materials.
- Disclose material image adjustments and avoid misleading manipulation.
- Provide supplementary datasets, protocols, or multimedia files where relevant.
9. References and Citations
Authors must acknowledge all sources appropriately and ensure that cited references are accurate and relevant to the manuscript.
- Use a recognized referencing style consistently throughout the manuscript.
- Include complete bibliographic information.
- Provide Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) when available.
- Verify that every in-text citation corresponds to a reference entry.
- Avoid irrelevant or excessive self-citation.
- Do not include fabricated, unverifiable, or misleading references.
Authors may be asked to standardize references according to the journal's preferred style during editorial preparation.
10. Authorship and Contributions
Authorship should reflect substantial scholarly contributions to the work. All listed authors must approve the manuscript and accept responsibility for their contributions.
Individuals who provided assistance but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately, with their permission where necessary.
Gift authorship, ghost authorship, and misrepresentation of author contributions are not acceptable.
11. Research Ethics and Integrity
Authors must comply with applicable research ethics requirements and maintain honesty and transparency throughout the research process.
- Provide ethics committee or institutional review board approval where required.
- Include informed consent information for research involving human participants where applicable.
- Protect participant privacy and confidential information.
- Follow applicable animal research ethics standards.
- Report research methods and findings accurately.
- Do not fabricate, falsify, or selectively misrepresent data.
- Disclose relevant study limitations and potential sources of bias.
12. Originality and Plagiarism
Submitted manuscripts must represent original work and appropriately acknowledge prior publications.
Plagiarism, unattributed text reuse, duplicate publication, and misleading presentation of previously published material are unacceptable.
The editorial team may investigate concerns about originality and request explanations, revisions, or supporting documentation where appropriate.
13. Conflicts of Interest and Funding
Authors must disclose relevant financial and non-financial interests that could influence, or appear to influence, the research.
Funding declarations should identify the supporting organization and, where applicable, explain the funder's role in study design, analysis, interpretation, manuscript preparation, or publication decisions.
"The authors declare that they have no competing interests relevant to this work."
14. Data Availability and Reproducibility

Where appropriate, authors are encouraged to deposit supporting datasets in suitable repositories and provide a data availability statement.
Restrictions arising from participant privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or legal obligations should be explained.
15. Artificial Intelligence Use and Disclosure
Authors must remain accountable for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of submitted content, including material developed with the assistance of AI tools.
- Disclose material use of generative AI in manuscript preparation or research analysis.
- Identify the AI tool and describe its purpose where relevant.
- Verify AI-assisted statements, references, images, and analyses.
- Do not list an AI system as a manuscript author.
- Protect confidential research data and personal information.
16. Editorial Assessment and Peer Review
Manuscripts are initially assessed for relevance to the journal, completeness, ethical compliance, and scholarly suitability.
Manuscripts considered suitable for further evaluation may undergo independent peer review by subject-area specialists.
Editorial decisions may include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Acceptance is not guaranteed by submission or payment.
17. Revised Manuscripts
Authors invited to revise their manuscripts should respond carefully to editorial and reviewer comments.
A revised submission should ordinarily include:

- A point-by-point response to reviewer comments.
- Explanations for recommendations that were not adopted.
- Updated figures, tables, references, or supplementary files where necessary.
18. Article Processing Charges
Authors should review the journal's published Article Processing Charges information before submitting.
Any applicable fees, payment conditions, waiver arrangements, or discounts should be communicated transparently. Editorial evaluation and acceptance decisions must be based on scholarly and ethical considerations rather than an author's ability to pay.
